    I am very disappointed with service I received and the way my car was repaired.
    Please do avoid this garage as it will cost you time and nerves.
    My car was booked in to Pronto accident repair centre by my insurance company after non fault accident. Car was hit to the side damaging driver side door, fender, bumper and alloy wheel.
    Garage offered to use filler to repair bumper and door, which obviously I did not agree to and I advised that I would like it to be repaired to manufacturer standards.
    I had to chase garage to assess the damage and forward estimate report to engineers. That was finally done after 5 days. Customer service representative was very unprofessional and rude.
    When I finally got to collect my car I found couple of issues with it. The alloy wheel that was damaged was different colour to another 3 alloys. The tyre was changed to the cheapest version possible. Driver door and feeder wasn’t align properly. Screws that hold the door were in a bad shape, scratched. Front bumper, feeder and the door wasn’t polish properly. Dry edge on the pillar and under the bonnet there was a lot of polish residue.
    When I mentioned the issues to garage I been told by staff member “I am sorry we could of done a better job” The question is why didn’t you? So we left the car with them to fix all outstanding issues.
    After waiting another week, I attempted to collect vehicle again obviously expecting it in perfect condition. Unfortunately it did not happened few panels wasn’t polished properly so garage did it while we were waiting on site. I’ve also advised that my car develop rough idle and I did not had this problem prior accident and have been advised to drive around as it’s diesel car and it was not driven for a while and it should get back to normal.
    Once I have collected my car I realised my car is pulling to the left, next day my car still had a problem with rough idle, traction control light came up while I was driving 70mph on the dual carriageway, there was problem with front parking sensor as it was showing obstacle in front of the vehicle when nothing was there.
    I informed claim Management Company stating all the problems and been advised to contact repair centre to have it inspected again.
    Repair centre did not fixed any of listed faults stating rough idle is not accident related.
    In term of the pulling I been told its normal due to mileage of the vehicle. They have tested vehicle on the road and apparently there was no light on dashboard indicating any fault. Also they have not experienced any problems with the parking sensors on the front.
    In my opinion it was not safe to driver when car was pulling to the left so I visited local garage and within 5 minutes the issue was sorted. The new tyre that was fitted by pronto accident repair centre was over inflated with reading of 52 PSI instead of 34 PSI like 3 other tyres were.
    Local garage roughly inspected my vehicle and mention a few more issues they can see related to panel alignment and paint work and advised me to have my car checked properly so I’m awaiting for post-accident inspection by independent engineer.
